Our customers have closed more than $1 billion in sales and saved $40 million in commissions. Many of the sales involved no agents and no commissions. Agents from more than 500 different brokerages have represented buyers in the purchase of properties owned by our customers. Join your neighbors, save thousands, and be a part of the NEXT billion!
We want to thank our customers for their belief in us. They are our best salespeople, and they tell their friends and neighbors about their experience. They have proved over and over again that homes priced well for their condition and location will sell when given the unique exposure and customer service offered by MLS4owners. We will continue to design and implement systems to make it easier for buyers and sellers to get together and enjoy a frictionless transaction.
MLS4owners.com is a licensed brokerage in the State of Washington, a member of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service, RMLS, Spokane MLS, Yakima MLS, North Central Washington MLS, Tri Cities MLS, Seattle-King County REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
